At Lavure, each order is prepared with care and quality checks. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict no return, no exchange, and no cancellation policy.
No Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
We request customers to carefully review product images, descriptions, sizes, and details before placing an order.
Damaged, or Missing Items
In rare cases, if you receive:
- A damaged product
- A missing item in your order
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To raise a complaint, an uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory.
The video should clearly show:
- The sealed package
- Opening of the package
- The issue (damage / missing item)
Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Complaint Review
Once we receive your complaint along with the required details, our team will review it and respond within 2–5 working days.
If your claim is found valid, we will guide you through the next steps.
Incorrect Delivery Status
If your order status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, you must inform us within 24 hours of the delivery update.
Delayed reporting may result in the issue being non-resolvable.
Return to Origin (RTO) Due to Customer Error
If an order is returned due to reasons such as:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Wrong contact details
- Customer unavailable at delivery
- Failure to respond to courier calls
The customer will be responsible for return-to-origin and re-shipping charges.
Order cancellation will not be allowed in such cases.
